Consumers Union submitted comments to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in support of a proposal to improve spectrum access for small businesses. 

The comments supported the efforts of Council Tree Communications, the National Hispanic Media Coalition and the Minority Media Telecommunications Council in calling for the FCC to engage in additional study about ways to increase business opportunities mall, minority and women-owned businesses, thereby passing the benefits of competition and new market entry on to consumers.
