Consumers Union and other organizations are continuing to work to end spam by supporting laws that keep spammers from flooding your inbox. In the meantime, people can get spam filters and use them to report when spam comes into their inboxes. Many people set up a separate email account just for spam and when they register products or enter contests that require an email they use their "spam" email address.
